We decided to spend our first vacation on the Adriatic Sea in Cavallino-Treporti. For many travelers, these are incomprehensible words, but if you look at the map, you will find that this town is washed by the Adriatic Sea on one side, and the Venetian Gulf on the other. A bonus for relaxation is the Venetian water tram station "Punta Sabbioni". With a Venetian Lagoon Pass, you can visit every corner of this beautiful bay from Punta Sabbioni. After a long look at the campsites, we settled on the Ca Pasquali Camping . They helped us to do this: an excellent description on the Internet and a bonus discount of 100 euros that the campsite offered us :-)
The main impression of the town: pine trees and campsites. It seems that all of Europe is coming here on trailers. Camping, camping, camping. Pines, pines, pines.
To visit Venice and Milan, we went to the Punta Sabioni station, and from there we sailed to Venice. Why did you go? Because traveling 5 kilometers by bus costs 2 euros per person. There were three of us. There and back we would have got 12 euros. Why pay that kind of money when you can flex your muscles, walk and look at the beautiful scenery (stroking the saved 12 euros in your pocket) :-)
What's the most delicious in this area of Italy? For us, this set of products is: 1. Prosciutto 2. Strawberries 3. Italian wine 4. Spaghetti. We recommend budget travelers to buy groceries in supermarkets. There are three of them here. At the entrance to supermarkets, there are always newspapers with a list of promotional items. Making purchases with the help of such a newspaper - you will significantly save. Excellent prosciutto (Italian ham made from ham) can be found at 1.7-2.2 euros per 100 grams, and a liter of fine wine can be found for 1.8-2.0 euros. For those interested: Gasoline at gas stations cost 1.75-1.95 euros per liter. Now it's time to show what our trailer looked like at the campsite:

But how romantic a trip to Venice looks like ...
How do we remember the beaches of the Italian Adriatic coast? Even when there was no one on the beach, in the morning a tractor drove by, which collected shells (so that people would not cut their legs) and loosened the sand, so that it looked like nature untouched by man.
Nowadays, beaches where you can only be together are a rarity in this world. They are in Cavallino-Treporti.
As creative people, we rehearsed our performances in the amphitheater of our camping overlooking the sea.
And in the evening, heated only by vivid impressions, they performed in front of a grateful audience :-)
We will definitely return to the Adriatic coast of Italy. We sincerely love this warm and memorable place. Our son Max could express our emotions in a photograph:
