What was most unusual about the trip
Arriving on the embankment of Istanbul in the evening, we were able to taste the most delicious pilaf with mussels and lemon. It is served directly in the sinks. You open the sink, squeeze out the lemon juice, and eat the contents. This is an incredibly tasty and unusual dish.
