It costs you nothing, but a good deed is done :-)
Once in Barcelona, he considered it necessary to honor his visit to the sacred place for every football fan - the Camp Nou stadium, where the legendary Barça plays at home. To my delight, that day there was a charity match between the Legends of Barcelona and Manchester United. Taking a good mood with me, I enter the Camp Nou.
A large shopping street begins behind the entrance gate, where you can buy anything you want in the symbols and colors of the club. Vending machines were very popular, where for 4 euros they sell commemorative coins depicting the stadium and the most famous football players of Barça.
The animators on this street entertain the children, and Estrella beer flows like a river in cafes and bars, since this brand is the second main sponsor of the club after Qatar Airways.
The fans who are most in love with the club go to the Barcelona Museum for 25 euros, and ordinary visitors take pictures for free at the entrance to this museum to report on this blog ;-)
But the main shopping spot here is Barcelona's Megastor. Before the match, it is literally packed with buyers. There are many sellers, but they do not always have time to serve everyone, and from time to time there are queues. Asked the price of a branded T-shirt, its price there is only 99.50 euros ;-)
The shopping street ends with a checkpoint where tickets are checked and bottle caps are taken away. Yes, water and other liquids are not taken from visitors here. You can bring drinks with you, but only open. After the checkpoint, we turn left and a wall with the announcement of the match and the handsome stadium itself opens up in front of us. Hurray, I'm at the Camp Nou !!!
In front of the entrance there is an advertising stand, where two young ladies paint everyone with the colors of both teams. Of course, I chose the blue-garnet colors of Barcelona, because I plan to choose the colors of Manchester, sometime in the future, at a match in the city of Manchester ;-)
Near the entrance to the stadium, there are several monuments and memorial signs dedicated to the players of past years, and the current stars are actively involved in advertising, which is everywhere here.
Above the main entrance, six famous football players and two unknown flight attendants are depicted near an airplane in garnet blue livery. Advertising of the main sponsor.
And here it is - a sacred place for all fans of football - the "bowl" of the Camp Nou stadium.
I was surprised by the relatively small scoreboard. From where I was, I could hardly see anything there. At many stadiums in the country, it seems to me that the scoreboard screens are more informational and brighter. Although, I make allowances for the fact that the day was very sunny.
We often mythologize foreign and do not value our own. For example, check out these photos of the interior spaces and seating at the Camp Nou stadium. Passages and stairs are made of concrete. They are not painted or decorated in any way. At some point, from the abundance of concrete and cement around, I caught myself thinking that I remember how I climbed construction sites in my childhood. I can definitely say that the interiors of the "Olympic" in Kiev are better and brighter.
But in a quality atmosphere, the Camp Nou stadium has few equal in the world. Watch them sing their club's anthem. It should be noted that the match is charitable and has no tournament value, but at the same time a lot of Barcelona residents came here with families, there were even parents with wheelchairs. Imagine how a baby with mother's milk at the stadium absorbs the anthem of his native club and is absolutely not afraid of the noise of the stands of the Barcelona stadium "Camp Nou" ;-)
And so the players went to the formation. The main star of the match was Ronaldinho. He is a true favorite of the local fans. When he got the ball, the stadium simply “boiled”. And also, he delighted his fans with cordial communication, periodically approaching the stands.
And next to him that day, real legends played: Edgar Davids, Patrick Kluivert, Rivaldo ...
Karel Poborsky, Park Ji Sung, Edmilson, Simau and many more famous "magicians of the ball" also delighted us with their performance on this day. Check out some excerpts from this match.

Ninety minutes of the game ran unnoticed. The teams showed an effective game.
Despite the crushing defeat, all of Barcelona's players were in good spirits. They hugged for a long time and took pictures with the winners from Manchester.
And the satisfied spectators, little by little left the stadium, exchanging impressions about what they saw. I, too, swam in this "sea" towards the bus stop, joyfully feeling my involvement in the grandiose sports festival. I think Camp Nou is a cult stadium because it knows how to give a sense of celebration to all its visitors, even if they are not inveterate football fans. And FC Barcelona, as its motto indicates, is indeed Més que un club (More than a club) ...
