It costs you nothing, but a good deed is done :-)
When you have enough of the beautiful Sri Lankan beaches, you will probably need to see something like that. And, not far from Tangalle, we were able to find something that both the eye pleased and remembered. This place is called BLOW HOLE. It sounds rude, but as it is. The taxi driver we caught took us to the outskirts of the city and indicated the direction of the path. And so we found ourselves at the stairs with shiny railings, which means the attraction is nearby.

Going down the stairs, you will definitely look to the left, at the beautiful bay, which looks out through the gap of dense thickets. Rocks and waves, as if playing with each other.

The central entrance to the "Hole" was built soundly and even with architectural delights unusual for Sri Lanka.

As we approached the checkout counters, we felt a slight touch of segregation. All the Sri Lankans who went with us passed free of charge, and we had to fork out for 250 rupees from each.

Immediately after entering the paid area, you can see large bones and a cat.

Then a small ascent up the hill through a picturesque grove of local trees.

A few minutes walk and we are near the "Blow hole" together with other spectators, waiting for what will happen.

A few minutes pass and, some unknown to us puzzle of currents and waves near the rock comes together, after which water begins to pour out of the crevice as a fountain.

Everyone sighed and smiled in surprise, and the fountain leaves behind a rainbow that you want to photograph as much as the water splash itself.

We do not know how the collision of the waters below the rock occurs, but the height of the salvoes of water "shots" may differ from each other by tens of meters. The power and volume of emitted water are also different, but the regularity of emissions is quite constant.

To the left of the "Blow Hole" is a convenient place for photographing, among the frozen lava.

It is difficult to convey in words the beauty that you need to see. Therefore, it is better to see how the unusual "Blow Hole" breathes, which can be observed near the city of Tangalle.
Having admired this miracle of nature, we went "home" to our hotel, but on the way we managed to attend a very unusual duel: "The Raven against the Giant Cockroach." At first glance, the crow has a clear superiority in the weight category, but on the side of the cockroach is the instinct of self-preservation and fighting rage. As a result - the victory of the cockroach, and the crow retreated.
