We missed the blooming nature after the last winter, but there was very little time for travel - only the weekend. And so we were looking for an option for "Green Tourism in Ukraine" at a distance of up to 100 kilometers from Kiev. And they found the estate "Polesie" in the Zhytomyr region. We contacted the owner of the estate Valeria and directed the wheels of our car to the Warsaw highway.
Having arrived, we left the car near the estate and went for a walk in the surrounding forests. We did not have time to step back a hundred meters when they met the distinguished guest. Tall in the truest sense :-) Look how he is waiting ...
What could be more beautiful than walking along the pine forest to the lake in spring?
Since fishing is one of Natasha's main hobbies, so many regrets were expressed that we did not take her tackle. And when in the evening, during conversations with the owners of the estate, she found out,
that the local fishing is also free - a large mark was placed in its internal "Fisherman's Navigator" ... :-)
The nature of Polesie is famous for its forests. It is simply an incredible feeling when a pine "island" grows among the deciduous forest. Or when birch bushes break through among the pines. And sometimes the forest is very dense ...
Having walked through the woods properly, we returned to the estate. An interesting symbol for us was the statue found in the courtyard. How colorful it looked against the background of the cows walking behind. The standing statue evoked memories of the famous film by Mark Zakharov " Formula of Love ". I think that every romantic young man can try
revive this work of art. Or at least confess to the young lady in love ;-)
At dinner, the hosts showed us their hobby - woodwork magic. We were impressed and photographed some of the things.

We spent a couple of wonderful days at the "Polesie" estate and we can heartily recommend this complex for visiting.
