It costs you nothing, but a good deed is done :-)
Arriving in Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, we first went to the Akkerman fortress , which we will talk about later, but did not rush to enter there and first examined the city itself, which has something to show travelers. We took a taxi, which in the city costs 30 hryvnia to anywhere in the city and drove to the fortress. Arriving, we decided not to rush and inspect the town itself. The first point was Liman. We found a romantic cafe that directly performed in Liman and took a romantic photo, which could fit a lot ;-)

Then we came across a medieval Armenian church.

Restoration work was underway on the territory of the church. We really did not see them, but we saw several people eating in work clothes. Perhaps they were restorers. Here is the front facade of this city landmark.

Then we visited the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky memorial dedicated to various wars. Like the second world

So it is with the Afghan war.

If you are interested in war memorials, then watch our report from the Polish Westerplatte , which is the site of the first shot of the Second World War.
And we continued our acquaintance with Belgorod-Dnestrovsky and went to the city park, where we had lunch at the Green Noise restaurant. It seemed to me very vintage to name the restaurant in honor of Nekrasov's poem ... And we liked this restaurant, beautiful and tasty. And in the park itself there was a fountain.

What else have we learned about Belgorod-Dnestrovsky? This city is a large transshipment base for timber.

New large (almost modern) churches are being built here.

And yet, there are buildings that look more like Germany than Ukraine.
