One historical figure said, "Nothing will stop an idea whose time has come."
This is what happened with the festival, which was born out of a joke on Facebook. Tired of the situation in the country, the people of Kiev were looking for an opportunity to dump negative energy somewhere. And this opportunity became the Festival of Panic and Hysterics "At the bottom". This festival appeared spontaneously and therefore was very unusual and lively. Participants and visitors creatively ridiculed the rise in price of life, currency jumps, buying buckwheat and toilet paper. The presenters happily invited everyone to the sect of the "Witnesses of the Dollar 8 Hryvnia" sect, and the participants were exasperated in ways of economy and tight-fistedness. The goods and services offered were unique. For example, one could look at buckwheat for a hryvnia.
If you are a snob who cannot live without Jobs' products, and money is not enough, then Apple for the poor will be a convenient solution.
Installations of contemporary art also reflected the concept of the festival. People admired the inaccessible.
We really liked the DJ console, which the organizers placed in the cargo plane. It was very stylish.
The "gymnastics for rogue" was responsible for an active lifestyle.
After gymnastics, physical fitness should have been consolidated with training in planting and digging potatoes.
Food, too, pleased with creativity. The food at the festival was inexpensive and fun.
We managed to visit several locations of the festival and that's what happened there. On pieces of carpet, a fashion show was held from what was previously lying in the closet and in the country.
Educational lectures were held in the hangar cave. We got to the topic: "Home investment in food". The lecturer, with a vivid presentation proved to us that of the cereals, the leader in the profitability of such investments is rice. Parmesan, on the other hand, carries unjustified investment risks.
At the intellectual gallery, we took the opportunity to cuddle.

After that we went to the main concert area, decorated with a red carpet. There, after competitions and funny jokes, a concert began. The girls were dancing.
Then various rock bands performed. We singled out the group "KRUGERS" from them.
The headliners were named "Green Gray". They appeared, sang two songs, announced the date of their concert and disappeared. And without performing a single "action movie" for the waiting audience.
The Panic and Hysteric Festival "At the Bottom" is an unusual, funny and cute event. If the organizers have a new interesting idea, we will gladly go to their next meeting.
And of course, one cannot fail to note the Aviation Museum, which for the first time became the site of such a mass event and showed its collection to a large number of people. And he did it in all its glory.
